What sets them apart
Spott is an AI ATS and CRM built for agencies: candidates, clients, your inbox and what you present to each client, all in one place. What it doesn't do is go out and search. Its search and matching run on the candidates you've already loaded.
For a longlist of people you don't know yet, an agency on Spott adds a separate sourcing tool, like Juicebox. Reclee does both: you ask it for the search, it looks through more than 800 million profiles, scores each one against your criteria, and the longlist lands in the same ATS where you then interview and build the shortlist.

USD99
Without Reclee

USD238
With Spott Core for the ATS and Juicebox Starter to search, one recruiter costs USD 238 a month, billed yearly. On Reclee Pro it's USD 99, with up to 3,000 profiles reviewed with AI and 3,000 credits per recruiter per month. And in a month you don't search, Reclee's ATS and CRM are still free.
Where Spott wins
- If your agency lives on the phone and on WhatsApp. Spott puts email, SMS and WhatsApp in one inbox and takes notes on your calls for you. Reclee does neither.
- If your database is already large and you want to work it again. Its matching on your own records and the contact enrichment in its Pro plan are built for that.
- If where your data lives matters to you. Spott hosts it in the European Union and is ISO 27001 certified.
When to choose which
If you already have the candidates and what you're missing is order and follow-up, Spott is a good ATS for agencies. If what you're missing is the candidates, Reclee goes out and finds them and keeps them where you'll work them, for less than the ATS alone.
