Questions
- Who counts as a recruiter?
- Whoever searches: runs sourcing, reveals contacts or uses the API. Collaborators, who work the pipeline, and viewers, who only watch, don't pay, and both use Ask Reclee.
- What happens if I run out of usage this month?
- Add more whenever you want, without changing plans, or move up to Pro. A search already running isn't lost: it pauses and picks up as soon as you add usage or the new month starts. There's also a usage limit per person every 5 hours, enough for a full search and a hundred messages to Ask Reclee: it's there to stop automated use, not a person's work.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep your plan until the end of the cycle and then move to Free, with all your data.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the cycle.
- If I pay yearly, do I get the whole year's volume at once?
- No. You pay the year up front and your usage and credits renew every month.
- When is Scale the right call?
- When your team has 7 recruiters or more, or reviews more than 18,000 profiles a month. Book a call and we'll quote it together.
- Can I bring my data to Reclee?
- Yes. You can import your candidates from an Excel or CSV file, with their CVs, and your companies, contacts and requests from a CSV. And on Scale, we migrate it for you.
- Can I use Reclee from Claude or ChatGPT?
- Yes. Reclee has an MCP server: connect it to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or whatever AI you already use, and work your searches from there.
