What are credits?
Credits are the platform's internal currency. Use them to expand your plan with one-way video interviews, Talent Scout searches, and other premium features.
Types of credits
There are two types of credits: monthly and extra. Monthly credits are included with your subscription and expire at the end of each billing cycle. Extra credits never expire and can be purchased separately whenever needed.
How are credits used?
Monthly credits are consumed first, followed by extra credits.
If an action fails or is canceled before execution, no credits are deducted.
You can purchase additional one-way video interviews, Talent Scout searches, and more.
You can view your current balance and history in the dashboard.
How much do actions cost?
Talent Scout search: 0.01 credits per search.
Talent profile enrichment: 0.01 credits per profile.
Professional email: 0.1 credits per email.
Personal email: 0.3 credits per email.
Phone number: 1 credit per number.
Match Score: 0.01 credits per analysis.
One-way video interviews: base price of 0.4 credits per invitation sent. Additionally: video 0.2 credits per minute; audio 0.1 credits per minute; text is free.

What does the free plan include?
The free plan allows you to post unlimited active jobs, receive unlimited applications, have your custom career page, and use the ATS at no cost. It also includes AI Match Score and 1.00 credit so you can try out the platform's premium features.
Is the free plan enough for my company or will I need a paid plan?
If your company has few hires or is just starting out, the free plan may be enough. It includes up to 3 team members, AI Match Score, and 1.00 credit. If you need advanced features like one-way video interviews or Talent Scout, you'll find value in the paid plans.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the platform's internal currency, available in all plans. You can use them to send one-way video interviews, perform Talent Scout searches, and access premium features. Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Extra credits never expire and can be purchased separately whenever needed.
When is the subscription charged and what happens if I join mid-month?
Subscriptions are charged on the 1st of each month. If you subscribe after this date, you pay only the proportional amount for the remaining days, but you still receive the full month's credits.
Can I change my plan whenever I want?
Yes. You can change your plan anytime from your account, and the system will automatically calculate the proration. You can also buy extra credits whenever you want to access additional features.
What happens if I don't use all my credits in a month?
Monthly credits included in your plan expire at the end of the month and do not roll over. If you want to keep credits without worrying about expiration, you can buy extra credits, which have no expiry date.
What happens to the one-way video interview recordings?
One-way video interview recordings are stored on the platform for 90 days. After that time, they are automatically deleted. You can download the videos at any time before they are deleted to keep them.
