What sets them apart
Plenty of agencies work this way: an LI Recruiter seat per recruiter to find people, and a spreadsheet with each candidate and their stage. LI Recruiter gives you the network and the filters; the reading is yours. Opening profile after profile, deciding who fits, copying them into the spreadsheet and putting together by hand what you send your client.
And on Recruiter Lite, the network is yours too: you can only see and contact your 1st-, 2nd- and 3rd-degree connections. Professional Services adds 30 out-of-network unlocks a month; only Recruiter, LinkedIn's top plan, searches the whole network, by quote.
Reclee does the reading, across more than 800 million profiles, whoever you're connected to, and on every paid plan, Starter included. You ask it for the search, it scores each profile against your client's criteria and leaves you a ranked longlist, with the reasons in view. For each candidate you get their email, phone and LinkedIn profile, so you can also write to them from your own account. The ones you pick move into the ATS with their stage, your clients and their requests live in the CRM, and your client views their shortlist without paying for a seat.

Where LI Recruiter wins
- InMail reaches people without connecting first. You write from inside LinkedIn, with 30 InMails a month. Reclee gives you their email, phone and LinkedIn profile, and doesn't send InMails.
- The profile is the one the person keeps. You see it live, the day they change jobs. Reclee refreshes a profile when it comes up again after three months, or when you ask.
- Your team already knows it, and your candidates know where the message comes from.
When to choose which
They're not exclusive. If InMail is how you reach people, keep a Recruiter Lite seat for that and let Reclee build the longlist, run the pipeline and send the shortlist. If you pay for Recruiter to search and then track everything in a spreadsheet, Reclee searches further, keeps the ATS and the CRM, and costs less per recruiter.
